The ones who are playing the game are saying that in the game he disappear Wich means he is no Farley tale just need to find him in a future update.

That's not a bug. You chose the options she absolutely refuses so she leaves the party permanently. Same thing can happen to several other team members too.

Simple solution: reload the game and in the formation menu, leave her out of the team while you finish this quest. That way you can be a paladin and still have her stay with you.

I must have misunderstood the dialogue. In that case though, there's still a bug- her continued stay in the castle after she walks out on you. The dialogue in there doesn't change at all.

just edit your morality to stay between -12 and 15, it's a good place to be. You get higher than that if you're actively being a nice person *shudders*

No, only very few NPCs have continuation after their sex scenes, namely Erika, Twilia, Jenda, Calanthe, the wolfgirl from Slinsk and both moms.

Edit: the non-slave route mean you are her slave, just so you know.

Well technically Kaliyo is still updating the game so nope not fully completed yet.

Noble and Farm Origins gives you an option to lewd Hero's mother. Noble Mom is Club Summerheat owner while Farm Mom lives in Slinsk. Noble Mom has 2 scenes for MalePC and, IIRC, 1 scene for FemPC, while Farm Mom has a few scenes with FemPC and metric ton of scenes with MalePC.
