Only a few scenes. You'll have to skip almost all of game's contents to once a few hourse encounter a scene.

There is another update in the works. According to the dev's, it should be done by June 30th at the latest.

got a bug i think with the brothel where if you are a noble your mom shows up and at the same time the ork (or goblin idk) theif girl you put a good word in for at the begnning shows up and you just get stuck and cant do anything. any way to fix this?

if entering and leaving the place a few times doesn't resolve it then it's probably one of those "wait for update" situations, the entire brothel questline seems prone to breaking at the drop of a hat

You can change the origin through the save editor, talk to the orc and change the origin back.

How can I unlock galhart s quest in act lll because once I reach the act lll it doesn't trigger I don't know if I'm missing something to unlock it ?

It is not - the Golden Patch is on the way. It will have bugfix and even new stuff.
