I have been hunting for a good, in-depth RPG with sex, adult content and situations, bleak atmosphere and "plenty of things to do". I want to play something simpler than the heavily modded Skyrim I have that includes more usable mechanics that the game was actually designed around. I was suggested by a friend to try Roundscape and I couldn't even get past the chracter generation screen needing to put down my gamepad (I play Skyrim with mouse and keyboard as I do a lot of first person games, but isometric and top-down games play well with gamepad). Is this game in active development or has it pretty much concluded? I would hate to add to Patreon if there is nothing happening to the game anymore. I have also not found a way to speak to the devs WITHOUT having to pay Patreon. I would like some questions answered before I give what little discretionary funds I have to someone else. Seems the newest threads on this topic have been very negative about the game.

Pretty much concluded, we are likely facing last few updates to polish it. I don't know about gamepad though - I play mouse+keyboard and it works just fine. Well, as fine as it is right now.
If you want to try it, I suggest you wait a few weeks till they make 6.3 or something to fix what's lacking now. Also, they have added a lot of AI-generated images - and most of them aren't that good.

Too much glint, somewhat vacant and cross-eyed expression on 1st and 2nd pic (3rd and 4th aren't better, IMO), Hero looks too young on pics 4 through 6, his dick on 1st and 2nd seems to share her skin color. Also, is it me or his dick and butt on 4-6 seem a bit too big?
Oh, and hay is made of nachos. Puta madre! Its the famous Mexican Shemale Centaur!

First, foremost and the most glaring and obvious - it is fucked up. Pics 1-3 are cropped in quite ridiculous manner, with literally half of the action left outside. Pic 4 does not exist, there is no ejaculation scene after pic 3. She also has cum on her tits on pic 1, before ejaculation.
Oh, and her face on pic 3 is literally the cross-eyed emoji!
Double shame since otherwise this set isn't that bad, but bad parts outweight all else.

I'm guessing the in game gallery still hasn't been fixed/implemented correctly? I played through this game multiple times a few years ago but then kinda fell away from it from the low quality updates and the lacking gallery, if they have actually worked on/ fixed the gallery could someone put in their full save on the newest content as I don't want to have to play through potentially the entire game again just to see the newest scenes.

Yeah... Gamepad was an idea for relaxed, casual couch gameplay. I have a small form factor computer I am pretty much done building to be an emulator machine and plays later and newer titles with nearly pure gamepad support. My girlfriend likes to play video games and got spoiled by previous partners who had consoles, not PCs.
My main concern it once I get around to being able to, I don't want to give Patreon money for something that will receive no more support or consideration for changes; RPGMaker lends itself very well to being played on a gamepad. Character gen navigation would only happen from the keyboard and building a script to run Joy2Key (or other app) and kill it after the game ends is not a hassle problem, it is a technical problem; too much can break when I am not around to fix and cause her frustration as she is the stay-at-home mate.

also idk having the entire left side be empty space is such a bad compositional decision. The original had an empty 1/3 ish? This makes it seem so needlessly oblong. Focus on the good stuff!! I actually quite like her face while she gets fucked, and it's like 5% of the image.

development is done as far as new content. The rest is all the bug fixing and feature fixing that's still on the table. Discord inv is tied to patreon. I never left the server, but I can't see/make invites. If you have a specific question I can ask on there and see if I can scrounge up an answer from someone?
As far as subbing to patreon I wouldn't recommend it unless you really enjoy Adorevia as is. Wait until their next game is announced and decide if you want to support that game's development. Adorevia is not changing much from it's current form.
