Here you have save for meredith scene but for first scene in Emek. To get second, play first and return to Castle. sleep for few days check on Meredith and she will eventually tell you that she got letter form Kerrek. And he will visit your castle, later I think talk to them and invite to your room? or just find them there.

In general:
Male has more scenes than Female with the ladies.
While Female has more scenes than Males has with dudes.
Most of the companions you'll encounter are Females btw.
However, in terms of Origin: Noble, Farmer and Templar are more popular with scenes...I can't talk about the rest since I didn't play them yet.
Another answer: Idk just go for whoever you wanna start with and enjoy exploring the game.

As a male PC, you get more scenes with your companions, you can date most of them, knock some of them up...and most of the other scenes tend to be more...vanilla, at least in the sense that the partner tends to be humanoid, at least where the PC is involved
As a female PC, you get far less interaction with the companions, but you get some more NPC scenes as well as more variety in partners. There's more futa content, tentacles, bestiality, gangbangs...I think female route is the more 'kinkier' one, so to speak
The scenes where the PC isn't involved are largely the same for both genders, I believe
Of course, pretty much every scene is avoidable, at least where the protagonist is involved. For NPCs, they're avoidable in the sense that you 'don't watch' and they happen in the background
So in the end, it really depends on what content you prefer seeing

They're pretty well done, actually, even though I kind of wish there was some sort of middle ground for Meredith between 'Eek, a cock!' and 'I'll fuck anything', but still, fun! Also, pretty funny that she has to 'stay behind' when she's pregnant with the PC, but is alright to run around while pregnant with a minotaur

This one is in the walthrough as well, but iirc you need a spider leg (outside the tower) and if you play FMC, then horse juice (slinsk stable).
Damn, this game is still alive? I havent heard anything about it for like 5 years. Is incest content good? I remember the male pc being able to fuck his mom in farmer and noble origins, I want to know if it is possible to knock them up (i would love to know). Also, is the game better optimized compared to 5 years ago? is the art good? If someone could answer I would be very grateful.

How the game right now? like i played this game ages ago in fucking version 2 and then version 5.idk, story wise have reached the end of ch1 but then i kinda alway drop in ch2. Mostly cause new versions of the come out and generally new drama and dowloading the whole game is kinda annoying...
Sooo is the game finally playable, still riddled with bugs? has the story been concluded? Also some version ago i read there was dram that many scenes vere replaced by AI scenes, how many ai scenes there are they more then normal scenes?

The game is fine. One of my main issues was that halfway through the game the quest tracker kinda stops working and you have to rely on walkthroughs (which are also outdated by a few years) even more. I haven't played the brand new update, but since it's purely about bugfixing and the quest log is mentioned I hope it's better now.
Yes, some of the older scenes were redone with AI. If it bothers you too much you there's two options:
1. CluckPover's post to bring back the original artwork.
2. Wait several months for version 6.9. Devs are planning to again replace the AI stuff with brand new (normal) art.
