You can have both of them if you bind Xyless to you. Then there isn't any issue with your morality level.

You can also use the editor to change your morality level before you talk with Xyless in the guest room after recruiting her to make it low enough for her to agree to be your consort, then after accepting you can change it back to what it was. There doesn't seem to be a morality check for Xyless after that point so she will stay and the check for Carys will pass so she doesn't leave. I have played many games where I have both of them in my party until the end.

You can't get them all even with save editor.

As soon as you change morality one or the other will leave. Xyless won't stay unless you have low morality and Carys won't stay unless you have high morality.

You can't have both at the same time.

well,you can have both,im in a nice guy route..most of my companion didnt leave,only Galhart and Gajah i remember they wanna leave because of some reason..Galhart,her wife come to the castle in angry and want galhart come back home because she is pregnant,Gajah,there is some issue in his home place..so he insisted to go back home..i regret give him a permission to leave since its a trap and he get killed by murkhal army in the last main mission

Bugs:
- Cannot end quest "The Lizagons" after Quest "Unification" is done - Ozak not available (doesn't green out in Quest Journal).
- Freezes at last screen of love making to Amatum girlsquest. (not showing game area)
- Cannot end quest "A new hope" - returning to Castle and going to a sleep doesn't do anything (doesn't green out in Quest Journal)
- Cannot end quest "Hunt for the Relics" - all relics has been found (doesn't green out in Quest Journal)
- Cannot end quest "The God of Death" - Murkhal was slain/defeated (doesn't green out in Quest Journal)

I have ended/greened out those quest by editing save game file in "RPG Maker MV Save Editor" from

Yes i did. I just don't like unfinished quests (i don't mean failed). And also not certain they should be left as in-"progress" instead of "completed"... Just by looking inside "\www\data\Quests.json" i am able to check which quest has got how much states. All above quests from my list - shall be ended - greened out. That didn't happen - so i made it manually. And i found it annoying to look constatly after opeing quest log to at quests to be always not completed...
I won't have any long-defective quest log - becouse those quests can be easily repeated by changing save variables in a savegame.

Largely irrelevant, the game isn't exactly ball-bustingly difficult. No particular build optimization required.

Sadly it doesn't matter. I'm using crap gear as a Templar and almost one shotting groups of enemies. Bosses are taking two hits. Way too easy.

It's the big church, and it's definitely to the west

The paladin is in the Oakshire church. Go west from the Magic Shop to get there. Talk to the nun by the altar and she will take you to the paladin.

For the Beatrice quest conclusion; I have the pure vial, but talking with her doesn't seem to give me any additional options. Talking with the Succubus also has no additional options. Am I missing something basic?

This is a new playthrough and I am still in act I, in case that has relevance.

I don't quite remember last time I did that quest , but I think I was able to progress once I started ACT II.
A lot of minor quests seem only able to be finished in ACT II and ACT III actually, so in the future I'd check that first before worrying about if you might be missing something or thinking it might be broken.
