Can the goo girl quest not be started if cheats are active? Can't seem to start the quest, is it late game? Male only perhaps?

The goo girl in the Castle? Build Inn, go there, talk to girl at the entrance of the Inn, spend 5000 gold on reopening the Mine, go to the Mine through castle map, talk to Goo Girl, choose to let her live or kill her, do her questline if former.

I let her live, but after talking to her i only get asked if i want to extract goo, despite there being a quest icon on the map, it wont start for me.

Strange. Have you tried to do a few quests outside and then return to her? I recon some quests and scenes require to progress a bit, for example.
I progressed through all of act 1 and am now in act 2 but the quest still wont trigger, maybe i have to wait for much later in the game?

Does the questline have exclusive h scenes? Otherwise i guess i can just ignore it for now

Yes - at its end you will have a scene with Goo Girl. Different depending on sex of your character. Also, it could give you a bit of money in early game.

Wait a minute. You talked with her girls and decided to let her live? Then you can buy from her but can't get quests, right?
Or you haven't talked with her girls?
You see, full sequence would be: build Inn, pay npc in the Inn, go to Mine, talk to Goo Girl, talk to her girls, talk to Goo Girl again and decide to kill her or to let her live. If latter option is chosen, she will be open for trade and offer you first quest, then second, then her scene. Aside from the scene she will pay you with her goo (some dozen jars in total) that could be sold 200 gold each. That's it, if I recall things correctly.

Yeah ive talked to her girls but when i talk to the goo girl, she gives me the options to buy goo or to extract it myself, if i extract it myself i get an h scene. If there's only one h scene with her then maybe im somehow bypassing the quest and able to get to the h scene anyway.

I'm a (relatively) new player that's playing through the latest version of the game. I've been reading through the guide that came with the game also and a few questions came up in my playthrough:
1) I'm a male Templar. I've rescued Beatrice from the demon realm and she's currently waiting in the chapel in my castle. I got a quest to cure her, talked to the succubus, gained the pure tears, but when I go back to Beatrice there is no option to turn in. It just cycles through the same 3 dialog choices.
2) I've been again looking at the guide to see what my endgame items/build is going to be. (I know, crazy in a porn game but it's how I like to play.) Anyway there was an item I wanted called "Enchanted Ring." The guide says it's a quest reward to turning in 15 Mysterious Shards to that lady. I did this, and the text came up "[Player] receives item: Enchanted Ring" but the ring is nowhere to be found in my inventory. I tried loading a few times with no luck.
3) Speaking of items, does anyone know off the top of their head how to get the following: Sacred Flail, Xalk'zhug, Oukurqux (the armor), Obsidian Boots, Staff of Regeneration, Kinomo, High Shaman's Totem, Blood Dagger, Hunter's Jacket, Forgotten Crown, Bone Necklace. I found these in the guide so I have no idea if they exist of not.
4) There a weird statue? inside the museum of Xas that I can interact with. When I do, the dialog is something like "You tried giving it something, nothing happens." There doesn't seem to be a quest associated with this. What is it?

Well, IIRC, dialogue normally leading to her H-scene is different, so I have little ideas. It sure sounds like quest line bugged out of existence, but H-scene stayed.

2) it should be in Item=>Armor. I often find myself lost in amount of items I carry and have to look really carefully at them. It is possible that ring is there but you have missed it. It happened to me a few times.
3) I've got it, but do not remember how. It was either drop from demons behind the portal in your Castle's dungeon or in chest in some dungeon. Memory is vague.
4) go to the shelf in the top-right corner of room with the statue, move it, There is secret room with two youn elven males. There is an H-scene, even for malePC.

Pick 5 clutches of flowers that are scattered on the ground on different maps in the Deep Woods. They are really standing out, so they shouldn't be hard to find. After you got them, return to the healer.
how do you get the farmers mom into the castle brothel? does it depend on what path you take with her in town (pay her to stop or get her to sleep with you) otherwise ive had her visit me at the end of act 2 and still no word from the mistress

I had to leave the Castle and go to the world map, then come back before the mistress starting telling me of other people I can recruit. You might also have to do a side quest or a Throne Scene before it comes up.
