Is why they are reworking it and we will get all of the act 1 rework before the end of the year sometime. I've posted teasers of the rework here and there if you scroll through the past couple pages. The rework looks a lot better.

No, only thing we know atm is that Kal plans on releasing all of Act 1 before end of year.
I guess he did share a couple more screen shots in August I forgot to share. So here ya go.

Ya turns out they were in the news post from July. He posted em again in the discord in August while talking bout lighting and whatnot. I thought they were new, they were not.
In this story the MC of the original Roundscape went missing after visiting the sun elves hmm I wonder what happened to him and his companions if he is a king or not I got lots of questions about him.
Kal started with different art and grafics but it didn't work and it was too much more than he could afford so he decided to use some of his old art in the characters and NPCs to make it affordable.

Yes the 3d was too much work so he pivoted to 2.5D, but all the art is new what are you even talking about?
