I like this game so far, thanks Eros. Attractive ladies that I generally don't feel like I've seen a hundred times before, unique setting, and a story that's trying something different. English is solid enough to be understandable. The decision to include in-game notes on cultural references is great; I enjoyed learning something and I'm glad you decided not to dumb down your game just to make it more accessible. (On that note, the test was very well done. I got all but the square root question right first try. So anyone saying it's too hard is just needs to read a bit more.)
I do have a few critiques. You have quite a few renders that are identical except for a slight change in camera position; this just makes the game feel slower. I also don't think we need to hear MC theorizing on scant info all the time. Once he has new information, hearing him think about it is fine, but he's spending too much time theorizing right now. Oh, and you may want have some text at the beginning of the game clarifying approximately when it takes place; I wasn't sure until I saw the Commodore.
Finally, a few notes and opinions. You didn't include yellow shirt girl in the attractive girl poll, this disappoints me. Lisa looks better with her hair up and glasses on, though she's still cute otherwise. Finally, it would be awesome to see more of Lisa smoking cigarettes.

I´m wondering why Elizabeth Pavlovna some times speaks Spanish.... And If it´s deliberate that she uses it (sometimes) incorrectly

Yes, I find it. And I don´t believe that her mistakes are intentional. Mastering the subtileties of the use of the world "puta" (whore) and his derivatives in Spanish are not small or easiy task for the developers. Just the effort is nice.
And, really, it don´t matter at all. It´s perfectly plausible that the subtileties of colloquial Spanish escapes to a Civil War child raised in the USSR. She stays on character

The author is a woman herself and writes from a woman's point of view, but it gives a general idea of the topic of conversation. With research, statistics and more.
There are about 150 pages in the book. If you don't want to read it all, you can check out chapters 6 and 7. There the conclusions are given as to why the title of the book is true.
As much as i enjoy her wearing as short as possible. I do fell like option 3 is the more suitable, elegant option. It fits the overall background of the story as well. The naval strip top and the dot style skirt is just really that time period.

3 - полосатый верх слишком сильно растянут на сиськах, а так может было бы и норм.
1, 2 - вполне празднично, но ВОЛОСЫ! Такие хвостики к более-менее нарядному платью ну вообще не в тему!
