Since the discussion about my game is still going on here, I feel like I should throw in my two cents as well.
To everyone:
Please don’t ask me when the next update will be — it affects me negatively.
As they say:
When it’s done.
I don’t know after how long a game gets labeled as “abandoned,” but development is still ongoing.
Admittedly, not as actively as I’d like it to be.
I’ve had some personal issues over the past year since the Steam release, which prevented me from spending enough time on the game.
Following the advice of most subscribers, I decided to focus on the Steam version — meaning I’ll release major updates when they’re ready.
However, most of those problems seem to have been resolved over the last couple of weeks (I hope so).
So I’m thinking of releasing half or even a third of a chapter as beta versions for subscribers, and then publishing the full “cumulative” update on Steam.
So there will be news once there’s something to show subscribers.
To yurgenchik and other Russian speakers:
I understand Russian perfectly well (and even try to express myself clearly in it
), but this is still an English-language forum.
You probably wouldn’t be too happy if someone started writing in, say, Polish on a Russian-speaking forum, right?
So please, write in English in the main discussion.
