Its the Norn brand which is their vanilla division. They used to put out games at the same rate as Miel but recently Miel output far surpassed Norn due to declining sales.

Haha unfortunately, no. At least not 70% of it (all of my experience with japanese language came from watching/playing anime/jrpg and stuff). When playing jp games, I use a text hooker such as Textractor and then MTL the hooked texts on Translator Aggregator, in order to get a general idea of the story.
