I don't know why, but i can't seem to save anything in this game. Made a save, exited, and the save file isn't there. Any ideas what might be happening?
as far as I know it's only hazumi & pregstate, I've played until hazumi had 7 babies in one birth, of course you have to use the mod, if you don't use the mod maybe it's just triplets

Jesus fucking christ, trying to get pregnant in this game is harder than in real life.
Managed to get fertilized multiple times, but never pregnant no matter how much I save scum.

1.creampie.
2. make sure she is fertilized (no danger or safe day)
3. buy xray glasses
4. open status and open the xray view (large button)
5. do pregnancy test. (maybe you have to skip 10-30 days). i skipped about 30-40 days.
6. go to the hospital. you can now stay in the hospital and skip days
7. how big you belly is depends on skipped days in HOSPITAL.

Yeah, I see they work, but holy hell, it's a pain to set up and use. Also since I wrote that comment I happened upon the announcement from the author of this game on DLsite "channel" saying what you said about the "uniform" tag.
As far as I understand it's bugged, (supposed to be actually random) but there is a skill you can unlock that increases win probability in the minigame up to 50-90% depending on skill level.
"TLDR: there is at least one other game that I cannot mention the title of because of review rules that this game is clearly parodying (poorly), so I recommend finding that game and playing it instead, especially if you are here for pregnancy content."

HCG and the model will have corresponding changes.
However, there are also many drawbacks. The changes in HCG and the model don't quite match, which is a bit uncomfortable. The CG for childbirth is rather simple. After giving birth, the body is left with just the black hair and the post-birth state. There's no option for one-click restoration (and you'll be charged 500,000 yuan), and the entire process doesn't involve breastfeeding, multiple pregnancies, or pregnancy-related plots. It seems that pregnancy is an unrelated independent event.
Moreover, as a character with a rather large chest and a rather prominent waistline, and with a rather prominent abdomen, and HCG currently has the hand-mouth kiss scene in both front and back positions, as well as the Doi scene and the 3D model of the main character's Doi scene, as well as the corresponding differences after pregnancy (and in the CG, the main character looks a bit too pregnant), and the female character's appearance is somewhat exaggerated.

Lol, good thing I just happened to be looking back through the comments on this thread, otherwise I would not have seen this.
Feel free to DM me if you need to in the future, but the other game I was speaking of is Hazumi and the Pregnation, which is pretty much the exact same game, only built in RPG maker which weirdly works better than this 3D world and just generally functions better overall and even has a better translation as well as several mods.
Anyone else having a problem where saved games don't persist? I made a save, exited the game, and upon returning it was gone. I can't seem to create a persistent save file for some reason.
I wonder if they would release update for more scenarios with the Master soon... I'm stuck with the scene 'shopping date' with him for cafe interaction and occasionally 'free breakfast straight to home' scene so I guess that's the further you can go for now. I wish we could get scenes like kissing scene or maybe having sex with him with costumes and all... it would also be nice if there's an intimacy parameter with him to know how far our relationship has become.
bro this game is soo specific in the pregnant time, after know i get her pregnant it will be about 260 days, you can only skip it by the hospital or MANUALLY SLEEP EACH DAY for that amount, after the birth its the postnatal period and it last more 40 days and i cannot skip it through the hospital??. What the hell this is not Runaway Girl Simulator but giving birth Simulator mannn
There's also the Hikkikomori skill you can buy from the dancing crab that lets you skip multiple days / months at the TV.
