It's due to DLSite new policies on tags.
Any games containing the tag "Uniform" will be blocked to JP IP addresses only.
Worth noting that free VPNs (at least Tunnel Bear) seems to work

For everyone who dont know how to get her pregnant. HERE is the solution. It worked 100% for me.
1.creampie.
2. make sure she is fertilized (no danger or safe day)
3. buy xray glasses
4. open status and open the xray view (large button)
5. do pregnancy test. (maybe you have to skip 10-30 days). i skipped about 30-40 days.
6. go to the hospital. you can now stay in the hospital and skip days
7. how big you belly is depends on skipped days in HOSPITAL.
