Too bad I saw this too late and manually unlocked them all by playing the game 7 times, enough to discover that there is a secret mechanic in which if you manage to evade the kunoichi by literally grazing her while going towards her she will get stunned for a quarter of a second and will not build up that weird rage thing she gets if you evade her for too long
