It depends if you're running a Mac or a windows.

If on Mac: you right click on the app and show package contents: then navigate to contents/resources/app.nw/img/pictures and put them in there replacing the relevant files.

If on windows you go into www/img/pictures and put them in there to replace the relevant files.

I have the DLC version of the game. The two zip together replace a total of 8 files. I grabed a full save and checked, before I do a playthrough and everything is censored.

If i remember right you get it from the grandmother. She has a "!" above her and you just talk to her.

Might be a little late to the party, but the files are giving me an error saying the names of the files contain characters not supported and I need to change the names? Not too sure what's going on and the files do look pretty crazy lol

You need to extract allowing for Japanese with your extractor tool. The images are all named with Japanese characters so if you've got weird looking filenames it's probably because somewhere in the extraction it's gone wrong.

Unpacking with evbunpack does not seem to work, it just errors with:
