I'm trying to run the game with nw, but even after I replace Game.exe with Game_en.exe, the game is in Japanese. The command I use is nw --args --nwapp=.

Need to unpack the game_en.exe with evbunpack. Once you have the translated files extracted and in the correct places -> the game will run in English via the game.exe.
You can search a list with female protagonist + exhibitionism. Covers quite a few of them.
H.H.Works games cover a lot of what you're looking for.
There's also Nymphomania Paradise but art might not be your cup of tea.

It’s pretty much all there. It’s just one masturbation scene not uncensored. I’m currently working on a different project atm. I’ll come around to it if I get a spare moment but it may be a while.any plans to uncensor the rest? (10% that is missing)
You need to extract the translated files from the game_en.exe (use evbunpack to do so). Then the game will run translated.
By any chance could you give some insight on how to use Evbunpack?
Tbh: the easiest way to do these things is unironically ask chatgpt on how to do so. In terms of computing errors/installation stuff it's pretty good honestly. My explanation is probably not as good so I'll just copy across the chatgpt answer:

Open up terminal then:
evbunpack [game_en.exe path] [output folder path]
The for the game_en.exe path just drag game_en.exe into your terminal window, and output path drag the folder you want it to copy into to the terminal window.

Yes NW.js games seem to work fine in Wine now not sure when that changed. Though it's interesting that .exe icon images display in Dolphin, I really should try KDE eventually.

That .exe runs on wine by default. But NW.js is the easier way to run games. Sadly this game only has English version with that exe file.
As above: if you’re running it on windows: play the game from the game_en.exe file.
for max/linux. Repackage the game into a nw.js app and extract the game_en.exe files using evbunpack and replace the relevant files with the translated files that were extracted.
