im currently using 1.05 as i cant get 1.11 to use BepInEx. But the uncensor patch just will not work. still mosaiced and still with black bars. I extracted to the Plugin folder of BepinEx too.
am i doing something wrong?

my bepinex file doesn't seem to work, I followed the bepinex homepage but it didn't appear the plugins file so I copied the file from another game but it didn't work
it only has 1 core file as shown when I run the game like this

If it's not creating the folders, bepinex isn't even loading up.
You must have downloaded the wrong version.
I belive this game uses Mono. So download mono version of BepinEx (x64)
i tried downloading mono version and it created plugin file but i put the plugin in and it didn't work

- Install/extract BepInEx in game folder
- Install/extract Autotranslator plugin and start your game so BepInCreate necessary folder.
- Exit your game and install additional plugins.

Try using BepInEx 5.4.21

If it still not working, try 1.11 black bar removed + unlimited money & cum mod from my previous post.
Replace Assembly-CSharp.dll in Sagashimono_Data/Managed directory, make sure you make backup of the original file.

It's either the protagonist become a looney who stuck in the past or he can see the future two years from now by getting hit in the head and faint from too much reading. I'm not sure if proper manual translation would help because this game Dev prefer to leave many things in the dark.

I had the same problem, Bepinex wasn't creating the config folder.
What I did was try the IL2CPP Bepinex (BepInEx_UnityIL2CPP_x64_6.0.0-pre.1.zip), and with it the (XUnity.AutoTranslator-BepInEx-IL2CPP-5.2.0.zip).
I basically have a special archive with all I need to patch Unity games with the most coherent English using sugoi:
