Start new game, receive email on 3rd day, read it and on map there will be new place with ? icon
Do I have to start a new game? Will save games work, if Not does that mean next Update we will have to start over again to get new content?

No, usually you can use previous save. This location is opens right on 3rd day, thats why email dont come if you played more. I see a lot of people dont like to start over (actually I thought everyone start every time over, as I do. Looks like no), so I will try dont make updates that require new start. (except some heavy plot ones)

This update should work on old saves, but I always recommend to start new game.

I dont know yet how many chars will be here. For now there will be this ordinary chars that already released + few more in plot (some you will see in next update in few days). I need to release this plot updates before moving forward with other chars.

cool. I don't like fixed roles -- just bottoms or tops. I don't mind slow build ups so long as it gets there. I personally think trans girls should work on their relationship with their dick -- it would build their confidence and frankly, progress is unattainable until they do -- certainly in regards to dating. but, I digress.

I can't unlock hotel scene
I try new start game and right away focus on Elizabeth nothing happen .. And ended with little brother end??

Hotel scene with Elizabeth unlocks after "a lot" of conversations with her. She will ask a question and you should not answer you are afraid of her. Yes, after day 7 game ends (for now, until next update), but you can click on button to start new day and continue to speak with other character except Alex "outside of plot line".
