Never mind I've found the requirements from the dev on itch:
"Each ending is activated when two conditions are met: Reaching a certain amount of money on your targeted character and getting certain events on certain levels.
1. Completing a certain Dying Sea Glider event + hitting a large enough tip threshold (about 70).
2. Getting caught in Pirate Capital + your salvor holding a certain amount of money (about 50). "

Aight, I spent god knows how long cleaning up the save d3brisjason sent for us for 1.0, along with adding in missing scenes like the inflation variant of the pirates stacking on you (which was missing if I'm not wrong), the no scuba H scene from the tentacle wall and the previous variants of Tish's ending that were missing and other more. I also removed the duplicates as to not clutter the gallery like before. Almost everything should be in the gallery now with the exception of the Salvo Ending kiss variant (couldn't figure out what the name to call for it is for the gallery).

How do I do each event?

Am I dumb or do pirates work 50/50 or have some sort of a hidden trigger which makes them actually agro?
Whenever I enter the map with them they either work or don't,and it seems random to me
And it affects, like, ALL of them on the map. Even non-pirate NPCs, like the agressive salvor. If there are pirates and they don't work - he/she doesn't react, either
I thought that the problem lies in lack of equipment because I tried to trigger some scene I was missing and saw that pirates reduce your equipment by 1, but nope. Gettin' it full didn't solve the problem

Its a know bug, sometimes npcs dont react.

Aight, ye, checked the itch blog and it has been known for a couple of days.
Dev released 2 patch fixes already
From what I tested, in unstable version the only way to fix pirates is restarting the game.

Anyone knows what this friend shaped thing is? Gave it all my food once, disappeared and now follows me on every level with water

Edit: Also don't know what I'm missing on Map 15 (Dying sea Glider) a previous comment indicates that there's a butt growth somewhere on the map but I couldn't find it. Only scene I can get are the growing team (1 through 3 NPC's) and the "She clears some space" After getting a fourth NPC

well, its easier to edit the json but for those who want an ingame money cheat. all it does is add money, it wasnt compiling well so i had to use il so ya.

try searching for places where people would sleep, butt growth scenes are automatic, you get no indicator on the map and no choice once you get to it.

There are beds at the first 2 corners towards the Right from where you walk in, walk through them and get yourself double ass. Also make sure you click on one of the other Salvos after getting the butt lift to get another scene.

Oh damn, thank you. I legit explored and tried to get over all clothes and sleeping bags searching for the bugs and completely ignored the truck looking structure

oh my patch deals with money so if you try to purchase something you cant afford youd get 255 if you purchase something you can youd get the money to you
and it wont cost anything
