Original dev was the one that initially encouraged asking for support. Its a new engine and the game was rebuilt from the ground up, on top of new sound, art, writing, code, animation, VA, etc.

It’s not a fan remake, just a reimagining. the old base idea is only roughly less than 10% of the planned game. On top of everything being remade in a new engine and the story being different and new characters gameplay systems lore and just the entire world being built. It’s why I’ve really strayed from calling it a remake anymore cause it’s definitely beyond that now but it was a remake at first back when it was just me.

As a follower and supporter of both the original and the remake, good on you for double checking man. Delu did indeed confirm that he was okay with the dev team getting paid for their work despite Num and the rest of the teams initial hesitations, but still, respect for checking.

Yes. As by the current plans, just the first release ver is going to include (almost) all of the current vanilla version and there is still going to be much more content after that. IIRC the current plan is for there to be new releases/drops every few months.
