Anyone know how to get more than 5 lewdness? I found the plant in her room and the 4 you can get in the porn shop through the items and vr scene.

You just have to interact with people. Like if you go to the bottle spin room you will eventually get a scene that adds one lewdness, or if you help the teacher then accept the offer from the guy who meets you outside right after you leave school
I'm not exactly sure what all the lewdness increasing scenes are but that's how you do it
You can just download the gallery only version if you only care about the sex scenes, it comes with all of them unlocked
+1 from the VR testing in the upstairs lewd shop.
+1 from buying each of the 3 lewd items for sale in the shop (totaling +3).
+1 from playing spin the bottle at school until you randomly get the makeout session.
+1 from the plant at home after getting 4 lewdness.
+1 from watching the gay couple in the far right of the residential district on evening of day 4 (at least for me it was then).
+1 from watching the dock worker pee after having 7 lewdness.
+1 from buying the aphrodisiac for $300 from the drug dealer in the slums if you progress his storyline far enough.
Thats all ive gotten so far, besides completing multiple lewd playthroughs and using the items given for each successful run.

Here you go. Note the game appears to be bugged when it comes to saving one of the characters ending scenes to the gallery. Nothing I can do about it so you'll have to play the "sadist - sex slave" lewd story line to ending to see those scenes.
Just remove the .txt in the file name to change its type and input into your save folder (i think).
