Many times it is:
- author's or uploader's fault, because they duplicate all game files before releasing. It happened few times
- redudant cg-rip included - useless, because after decrypting assets player has all cgs anyway
- 499kbps Ogg BGMs taking >2gb
- oversized pictures
- not compressed enough movies
