As far I remember, you need to extract .rgssad file and then replace the files. Or follow the link in the post above yours

Overview:
You play as Ellen, a female Fencer in a village called Leaf Lake. As things turn out to be you're the only hot young bombshell in the town and everyone eventually want to have his way with you. The game starts out pretty innocent but as you progress Ellen gets more and more lewd. The game is from 2011 and for RPGMaker XP and it kinda shows, but imho it's still one of the best. It's animated and many games were inspired by this one and the previous game from ScaleGarden (Hi To Tetsu No Buresu). It also has a unique battle-system like all ScaleGarden games that's completely different from the ordinary RPGM stuff.​

How do I install this patch? I extracted filed from the game, and pasted your patch into the 'pictures' folder, but the censored images still seem to be the ones that come up.

Edit: Alternatively could you re-upload the pre-patched version ty!

Edit: Can I ask, what program did you use to remove the mosaics? It's prob. the best amateur de-censor job I have seen.

Just use a save editor and make Ellen lvl 99.You will miss nothing I promise.
