Both are the Immoral Editions.
Torrent needs the patch - Mega is pre-patched.
Same game versions though - just choose one or the other.

50 days. That should be more than enough game time to do everything though.

Higher resolution, uncensored buttholes, option to toggle pubic hair on and off.
Also eventual compatibility issues the original, older release had with more modern OS are fixed.

Moreover, the translation patch only works with the Immoral Edition.
