Smart.We cannot make animations for all possible combinations of creatures it would never be feasible. So we are building a system to mathematically positions models together correctly. So anytime you see hands floating, hips too far away, penises in the wrong positions, that is all ik.
That what I was planing for my game. IK won't always look perfect, but it will be "good enough". Even with the same skeleton makggn tons of animations is a nightmare. Now add different skeletons/sizes and your workload EXPLODES.
