My argument is based on the fact that his game has had Russian language support since its release, and his Russian proficiency is quite accurate. European and Western developers generally ignore Russian. So, there's no reason to doubt he speaks Russian, so he's probably Russian, although he could live anywhere.

He speaks Spanish, all his folder names are in spanish, he has spanish and portogese support for his game, aand all his posts are late european night time.

Yes, but Koga updates his mods very quickly; he's a guy who knows how to work.

Has to be one of the quickest updates I've ever played in a VN, and according to the in-game gallery, Annie has 5 videos that I don't know how to access. I tried different choice combinations. Going to have to wait for the mod I guess.
