The first pic is Sara. She's the main LI of the game. So no, not avoidable.

You have a scene with the second girl but you aren't dating her and she also flirts with other girls since she seems to be bisexual. She is into you and has a rivalry with the main girl but as of now it hasn't gone anywhere.
