I downloaded 1.3.8 and I keep getting "Code: 119 Desc: Unknown Action!" error in quite a few activities, like Look at the mirror" or " Bunch of hooligans". Doesn't matter if I use the QSP player provided in the archive, or any other QSP player. It's really annoying.
EDIT: I found previous messages saying that QSP 5.7.0 should fix the issue, but it doesn't work either.

I tried both actually, same issue. Although I noticed that sometimes it would display the error and go through with the activity, but not very often.
