This garbage is practically unplayable, he still hasn't learned how to handle menus in a practical manner, everything feels slow and sluggish, and bugs are swarming all aspects of it. I got into a combat encounter and now the game is entirely broken.


I have to say, he's got a knack for making disasters, used to maintain some very faint optimism regarding this new game being somewhat-decent, but holy hell this is bad.

I think it's funny that I left this thread since version 7 I think, thinking "I will let this game be worked on, so that when I come back I'll have a better game with more content to play", so I stopped today to read the most recent comments and I saw "this game is rubbish and the author abandoned it" and I thought "damn it looks like my idea didn't work"

This guy is why I haven't supported any projects. I've thought about it a couple times but watching this go from a great project to a dumpster fire each far worse than the last two to three times made me consider only purchasing COMPLETED games. Dude literally ruined any interest for me for patreon and the like for anyone.

Velminth's actions and attitude are unjustifiable. I think he needs to calm down and have a good talk with the community, because if he keeps acting like this, he's only going to hurt himself.

It would be much better if he decided to focus on one game and make sure that these bait-and-switch actions don't happen again, because right now he looks like a reincarnation of the creative process itself. And an ass, too.

You are right in general, but you can't apply this approach to porn game industry - it's way to small. I have to quote this conversation and this one (dead game not recommended) again, sigh.
It doesn't look like Velminth was ever able to do this full-time, by the way. So it's a hobby.

Use the version 15 one (before the VN remake) for all of the contents since version 16, aka the VN remake, got rid almost all of them

Because he can. Legit, that was his excuse for remaking the game into a VN. He didn't bother telling anybody about it, just went ahead with the remake, then just dropped it onto us. Want to know the hilarious part? A lot of us tried it, didn't like it, gave him our opinion (nice and bad way), but did he listen? Noooooo, he just became a little bitch and started whining about all the criticism on his new 'Vision' while banning everybody who criticised him.

Unfortunately, doesn't surprise me. I've seen other hentai game developers have weird and unproductive power complexes and/or delusions of grandeur before.

I mean, if he wasn't receiving monthly funding by patreons under a specific premise, he could do whatever he wanted. He'd probably lose money but that's his problem. My biggest issue is when a developer is receiving money for something and then goes haywire. People are paying money for a specific product, they're not donations.
