Did you try removing satisfaction and then getting more? That worked for my save.
Um, i guess we are somewhat getting to that point if not already, but since it's a pretty darn amazing NTR game, i think most folks are ok ignoring that for at least a little while longer. Maybe that's just me though. =p
basically just a handjob for sex scenes and a small update to non-sex scenes with husband as far as content goes, not really a lot of new content. a lot of supposed QoL updates, maybe bug fixes, that sort of thing.

Are we sure all the files are updated with the recent version? Because the one I downloaded (from Mixdrop I believe) doesn't appear to have any new content. It ends after the corr 1 > 2 transition with the Laura scene. Nothing after that as far as I can tell. It's also named 0.2.1b. In fact, now that I'm checking, they all seem to be named that.
For a game like this, his first game "on Edge" comes to mind. It had a very attractive protagonist and a really unique gameplay and progression system. sadly it was abondened. It had roughly as much content as this game I'd guess.
