To be honest I am new to game dev hahaha, there is much that I need to work on it and I will be absolutely honest on that, thanks for the feedback!
thank god you actually in the threads i was worried i was screaming into the void for a bit xD

dw man this was a solid initial release overall! gave us a good look at your overall vision, just keep in mind the feedback for future releases :)

It looks good but I must be glitching. After i enter the maze meet the woman and then have no where to go walk all around the room but nothing.

I'm not against absurd proportions, there are different styles and tastes, but for somebody who knows anatomy, it's difficult to look at.

What annoys Me is that ribcage is cut. It's too short for torsos, and looks like some kind of trauma.

Here some edits, middle shows the length of ribcage and width of pelvic bones that should be equal to width of ribcage, also pussy should be lower.

Waist stays as tiny as before, while body looks more organic.

Played less than an hour.

I can guess you were maybe inspired by "Fear and Hunger"

However, the darkness is too much. I can maybe get it if you can increase the light levels in an area, but this is not the case. Maybe that is the point, but given the perspection and the monotonous stone patterns, a stone path you are supposed to walk through looks very similar to a stone wall you are not supposed to walk through. The lack of collision on many walls does not help this case.

Regarding the town, it is needlessly big. Put the shops and other stuff near the entrance. Walking a solid minute to the northern merchant area to buy things, then to the inn to save, and back to the town entrance just to delve back into the dungeon sucks. It also does not help that the place is needlessly dark. I get it, the game is dark. But thing is, surely the town can invest in more or better torches so I can see where anything is like NPCs or other things. Also, I bought and used the healing skill book which did nothing.

Combat is very plain so far. Probably will change in the future but right now, it is a bit of a waste your background does not seem to influence your fighting style of whacking things dead with the default RPGMaker Attack command. Sure, I can learn skills by paying gold, but to get gold, I will need to fight with this simplistic combat for the longest time. It does not help that goblins and slime do not pose any threat. Might be luck, but I found a metal sword in the beginning area and one-shot goblins at LvL 1. At LvL 2 with no changes in beginner armor, slimes did no damage. I really do not want to farm these things because while they are no threat, grinding by transitioning areas to respawn them is a slog.

Dialogue is decent. The variety of choices you get is good even if most are just lore explanation and such. However, the text speed is somehow both fast and slow. The text is fast to appear but takes an annoyingly long pause between sentences. Let us spam "z" to make it appear faster or remove those pauses. Some of the text is in Spanish too like when you kill goblins.

So far, not enjoying the game in its current underbaked state. Yeah, I am playing an unfinished product, but that is all we got at the moment. It is barely functional to the point that I think you should have let it cook a bit more before releasing it.

but what about 0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.1 version? What if there will be not enough "0." for this game that dev is going to abandon the very moment when those drugs will run off from his head? So, what exactly are those "standarts" for uploading stuff here? Are there any at all?

I will be honest, I fully understand what you are saying, but my entire work is not trying to be based on reality, but rather a stylistic approach. But man, I also gotta say: This edit is really good and opened my eyes to that criticism. I actually think it looks better than my original idea, and as you said yourself: The slim waist and exagerattion is kept, while being more organic.

I have not yet implemented all scenes of this character in the game, I will adjust some of them to that design, I really liked it! Thank you for the feedback :)

Yes, there is much room for improvement, 100% agree with your points, specially combat. For the city, this might sound funny, but there is a planned mechanic of a bank where you can invest in some investments in the city :)

Stuff like a bath-house, more lights, more security (when I add the slum area with bandits), etc. So, some of the emptiness is because of all the stuff coming in the next updates!

For combat, yes, I have no defense on that, it is pretty simple, and even though I plan to improve it, combat will not be the main focus, rather I want to invest most of the development in the social aspects/choices/paths. But it will get better, absolutely.

For the book, it seems it was a bug, same as the collisions, will be fixing that, absolutely!

Funny enough, I never played Fear and Hunger, can you believe it? But, I love the aesthetic and I love one of its main inspirations: Berserk!

Thank you for your criticism and points, I think they are all valid and I will work on the game more and more! Hope it gets to a state you enjoy soon! :D

I can assure you the game has a long way of updates. We all need to start somewhere, and the game on its initial state has some good dozens of renders and a few animations, it is underbaked but I am proud of this first step :)

I will keep working on it and enhancing it more and more, absolutely!

What’s coming in the next update of Savage Dungeons?

Version 0.0.0.2 is planned to release early next month for the public version, and here’s what you can expect:
