The incest patch isn't working. Game crashes even before starting. Is it because I also installed walkthrough/cheat mod ?

It is not because of the patch, so yes, I'm guessing you didn't install something right.

The game works fine here with Scrappy's mod and the patch.

Its almost October End, Dev didnot post any update the game could have been easily completed by now with the Story Arc but no its still pending dono how many remaining updates are still there period!!!
