it cannot be understated how much better this game is compared to the rest of the hentai side scrollers available out there, this game looks good, plays good, sounds good and is fucking hot
this isn't just rogue legacy with tits.png modded in that shows at the end when you die, the dirty is well made, the pixel art is gorgeous, the characters are hot, it's well implemented and flows naturally through the game, it's not just a one off thing, there's treasure chests and random events side quests random mobs you can snuggle it's so well put together, and while I played a few hours of it from my undrstanding i'm probably close to the end, and that's fine, arguably a good thing since the game does not overstay it's wellcome or drag itself needlesly for hours on end, this is a hentai game after all and not some epic 90 hours jrpg
and the gameplay is fluid and polished, the general design ques of the game are smart and well put together, the exploration element, the progression, the combat, resource management, everything is so good and at the same time it's simple and easy to use, and not bogged down in stats and percentages and you don't need a fucking calculator to math out your best dps choice or wipe endlessly on the same boss and frustrate yourself into quitting the game, it's easy yet challenging, punishing but not too difficult
so many of these games out there either feel like a porno that was forced to have some gameplay or a game that was force to have some porno in it to appeal to a wider audience but this isn't like that, this feels like it was put together by people who fucking care, people who wanted to make this and exactly this

Too much game and too little porn. If you can't really jerk off to a porn game then what's the point? Why would I play this for the gameplay when there's a million and one other pornless games that Id play before id play something like this. The sprites are really good though

after playing for a bit I gotta say the game is pretty cool. Im not at the third boss yet and haven't seen everything the game has to offer. Pixel art is fine and all but why the hell are the sex scenes so short, these developers need to understand that it is the coomer stuff that drives these kind of games. WE NEED MORE SEXUAL CONTENT/ANIMATIONS ETC

A fantastic game but mid hentai-game. Bumps up a letter grade if there was a gallery

I guess it plays well, but the sex in it is tacked on. Super short animations when you interact with objects - at first it feels nice, but then you realize that it's over before you reach in your pants. And then it becomes a small, but still a time waster. Let me see what's in the chest, Not-Link!
Enemy sex is very rare (and doesn't seem like there are equips that make it happen more often. Luck maybe?), but at least game allows you to enjoy those animations at your leisure.
I think that at very least game needs a gallery, otherwise sex content actually hurts it, because dev could get a bit more bucks if it was just a bouncyful rogue-lite (and because you can't really show this game off anywhere).
The fact that people praise it so hard also shows that people don't really understand what they want from their games. I really don't know how this can be better than, let's say, Zetria.
Simple gameplay fits sexgame the same way simple plot fits a pornmovie. It enhances the experience, but there needs to be a balance. Add too little of it, and what's the difference between this and "those sluts asked for it: supercut" you can find anywhere. Add too much of it (or, rather, have proportion of it vs actual sex heavily skewed towards former), and people would rather it not have sex at all.
On topic of gameplay, I think "get caught to see sex" is actually a good idea for a sexgame. Because sexgame is closer to a sextoy, not pornmovie, and you don't sit and stare at your onahole/dildo, you use them. A bit faster, a bit slower, make a pause, go all out, lube flying around.
It also plays into sinful part of sex. You are doing something you are not supposed to (loosing), which makes everything spicier.
Finally, it actually gives you a special sexual edge to gameplay. Do you waste health on juicy scene, or you press on? Do you pass that obvious trap, or maybe you can afford to be "clumsy"?
Ultimately, much like there isn't a one game that rules them all, there isn't one specific sexgame design that is clearly superior. So, in then end, I guess the game is good. It's clearly a quality product, the artstyle is nice, and the gameplay is tight. Just, the approach towards sex is clearly not for me.

Maybe just keep the roguelite a roguelite because it does it well but put most of the sexual content back at your camp with the npcs and quests etc, but seems the devs already have all their future content planned out so my guess is it will be more of the same, so in the end a neat little roguelite but not a good porn game to nut 
Should be a reminder to people that this game is considered in early access. They're likely going to add a gallery down the line as well as more content in due time considering the fact that you instantly die after the third boss, kinda like what dead cells did when you hit the "final boss" at whatever point in development you were playing at. If you want a more complete experience or nut to some pixel content then you probably want to hold off on this game. Otherwise for a demo/early access its pretty well polished for what it is. They've already mentioned on steam that arcane bomb is likely going to be nerfed sooner or later. Although I will admit with how long this game took just to get out into early access I do fear that this might become a development hell sort of game but we'll see how that fares.

Game files appear to be F*D. sometimes it won't let you advance anything. Sometimes you have to hold ESC to get to the game. And when in game, no text shows up in the chat boxes and you cant press anything to get past them.

Played the game for about 2 hours and got to pretty much the same conclusion.
The gameplay itself is hella fun (a few more weapon types and special bonus stats would be nice in future for some more variety) but on an erotic game, it just feels odd. It has gone too far to be a simple 'for-everyone' lewd game (Like shantea i suppose?) but lacking for a proper erotic game.
I think the one simple way to get it done, would be adding a grab move for every enemy, which deals dmg over time and you get out by button mashing. To that perhaps a game over screen per map with all the enemies combined.

Honestly a good game, but I hate that there's a futanari tag and yet there's only one instance of it
