Try to update the rpgmaker runtime that may help.

These games do not have big requirements to run, but maybe your specs would help.
I'm on an i7 lenovo laptop with:
1.7 GHz
16 Gb of Ram
512 Gb SSD
not the best but definitely good enough for this game I think.

I will look into updating rpgmaker runtime. I'll google it, but if you don't mind I'd appreciate some help! Thank you sm

New update everyone, new update... barley...
Not much was shared around this time around and certainly no demo yet but I'll highlight some interesting bits at the end.
As always MTLd and rewritten by me to some extent:

Summer Color Koiremono After#20 Ryoka Event Completed!

Good evening! I'm Ji-gu, working these days for some reason or another.

It's hard to switch back to vacation mode when you're in the middle of the game development process.... The advantage is that I can work as soon as I get out of bed, but in some ways it can be a somewhat stressful environment.

This article is about the development progress and Ryoka's NTR event is completed....
Sorry for those of you who are on the Natsuiro plan or above, but please allow me to limit the information for a while!

Development Progress

Finally...I finally finished assembling all of Ryoka's erotic scenes...:( -ᾥ-):!

Finally, finally, finally, NTR is done. ...... Oh.... I've finished the text and direction with animation and rough drafts, and I just have to frame the CG as soon as it's done, so it's a huge relief. I'm really glad to be done with NTR, which was one of the factors that was making me emotionally ill .

There were some situations that could not be portrayed without After relationships, so I feel like it was quite intense.

Overall, I plan to have 70 CGs and about 50 animated scenes! I think Ryoka will have 58 and Saki's sister will have about 12....

This month we completed the erotic event assembly, implemented useful items and adjusted the gacha. We debugged the Ryouka route all the way through, but it still needs quality maturation, so we'll be looking for debugging when the time comes, and we're hoping for the best because it really helped us out last time.

[Future plans
I'm going to make an erotic event of Saki sister that can be seen on Keita's side and a kind of mini-game where you can move Saki sister around. We'll see how it goes... it's going to be about one short story.

I really like this outfit (black strike!) that I designed to move around the city ) is something I really like and I want to do my best.

Sorry to those of you who are over the summer color plan, I will be holding off on sending out information for a while so that you can enjoy the finished product .

Welp, no new previews this time around and we got told what we already knew from before. However, not only is Ryoka's route done, its debbug phase and testing is almost done. Considering it is most of the game that's a relief to know.
The part about some relationships being "enhanced" (sort of speak) in After compared to the first game has me excited. We can only imagine for the time being what that'll look like in-game.
So he really wanted to do something extra with Saki huh? I kinda dig it! Even if it ends up being just a single scene where we can play with her would be great to be honest. Fingers crossed it ends up being good!
Besides that we don't get anything else under the premise of not wanting to spoil too much of the game to us. I can respect that 100% but I also feel like it could've showed us just another random scene without context just for the sake of it.
Unfortunately, no Masaru Route preview as I hoped last time. A bit of a bummer but I guess it's fair that getting previews of each route wasn't exactly a guarantee either...

Anyhow, I now have high hopes of the game releasing around September in the latest, anything before that would be a pleasant surprise. Hopefully it'll take Kagura less than a year to do the localization of the game, but if we get an official English translation around summer next year I wouldn't be upset or anything.
