I feel like a broken record, but here it goes. Go back to the OP, the Original Post with the broken links, and click on the 'Report' link in the bottom left. Report that the links are broken and hopefully a mod will be by in a day or two and reupload them. Posting in the thread is often useless because not every thread has a mod watching it.
They'd rather ban you for "spam" for making a singular report and are a joke like the majority of internet jannies past and present. Would be great to try out the fabled nice boat simulator and stick to a single girl.

It's a false alert. Antiviruses give those all the time when dealing with cracks and patch files. Especially one that's 10+ years old.
i got a weird problem, i got the black screen of dead, i delete the files so i can reinstall, but i forget to use the uninstall.exe, so now the game is stuck in a loop between the install and uninstall button. Any way to break free from this timeloop?
Do I really need the patch?
Tried to go ahead with the download despite the warning (I know you guys said because it's a cracked game), but the next page I'm getting "Malformed attachment request" and nothing is downloading.
If the patch is not too important at least I can just start playing without it, inputs?

Managed to finally install if after a dozen tries.
It kept getting stuck at the last third, without prompting anything. The solution was to just click on the progress bar and it resumed.
So for anyone that wants to install it and faces the same problem:
1. Mount Disk 1, start install.
2. When prompted, eject Disk 1 and mount Disk 2 in the same drive so the installer can read it.
3. If it gets stuck and stops progressing in the last third, just left-click on the top progress bar. Somehow that makes it work again.
4. After finishing the installation, install the 1.02 patch.

Or you could have just used my fix that works the first time and doesn't require going through the installer.
Yes, mount the first ISO file, copy the entire "School days" folder over to where you want the game. Mount the second ISO, copy the "School days" folder to the same place and let the folders merge. You should have a fully playable game in that folder now. Enjoy.
thanks you are right, there is an alternative way as well. you can delete the overflow and jast usa files from registry key editor and it will give back the install option as well

Open your Deamon tools and you need to mount the ISO file. Either click on "mount image" or "quick mount" or whatever it says. Sometimes you can just drag the file over and it will know what to do. After the file has been mounted it will act as if you've put a physical disc into your PC so you should be able to see a new drive next to your usual ones with the game files. You can try and run the installer from there or use my method and simply copy the "School days" folder over to where you want the game. That one fixed some issues for me and seems to work perfectly fine.
Whichever method you pick you're gonna need to eventually unmount the first disc and mount the second one. The installer should continue or you might have to click ok or something. Or with the 2nd method copy the "School days" folder from the second disc to overlap with the first one and merge folders. Then install the patch and you should be able to play the game.
Fellow eroge enthusiasts, let me join in the appreciation of this game. I started playing this because I wanted to see one particular scene with Kotonoha, and ended up doing one of her routes first (Christmas Eve). But it just made me realize that Sekai is the one I like more, so I did a few of hers next. It really feels to me like Sekai is the star of the show, and Kotonoha is more of a plot device that determines how long you stay away from her. But I can see why people like Kotonoha, especially in the routes where she becomes more assertive.
I was hoping to play a few more before moving on to Shiny Days, but I had a power outage recently with the game running and now my save data seems to be lost. Even though the save files are still present in the folder. The title screen is the default and my replays aren't shown. Does anyone know if I can recover the data somehow?
