It's part of the degeneration fetish which is quite common though not very appealing to those who don't have it. "I like to see women fuck men under their station in life and get off from that gap" is a basic part of it and that's one of the tame versions of that fetish. I disagree, the thing I like about the whole "older man raping young girl" trope is the juxtaposition of having someone on society's top (pure, beautiful, rich, authoritative, strong; ex. warriors, royalty or magical girls) get "defiled" by society's lowest (ugly, fat, old men; ex. social workers, the homeless or even animals). The more extreme the difference the better imo, but to each their own. Another reason I like the trope is how young girls are supposed to rely on these seasoned adults (like teachers, elders, parents), but get defiled by them instead. So it kind of has a betrayal aspect to it, if you will.
And to answer your request, the content you will see:
SPOILER: Other than middle aged fat men (the janitor, some guy in the locker room, a couple of thieves who broke in), you will also see scenes with a fellow male student, a ghost (implied to be a student even though he has the same sprite) and the PE teacher, who is also a middle aged man, but is shown to have a muscular, fit body in the cg, if that counts. There's also an unknown guy in the darkness who you can't identify

In real life girls don't typically go for "inferior" men such as the ugly, poor, or old, unless they have a combination of substantially better than average traits to balance it out. These kind of games subvert that where pure lust, either because of good sex, drugs, or mind control, is enough to (eventually) make them give in completely to these guys. In a perverse way, it offers the fantasy that even if you are an ugly, homeless bum, as long as you are fortunate or good at sex, you have a chance to make a girl yours, even to the point of her being a slave to your D for the darker works.
Meanwhile *real* ugly, fat old men just leverage their wealth and status to get tail, money and power being quite the pheromones.
But I suppose that particular aspect would be difficult for the target audience to identify with, as naturally as they may now fit the rest of the description...

This game is just plain stupid. It's so unrealistic it makes no sense. Seriously couldn't they simply said the fire alarm was disabled. You just got raped and you do not want to cause anyone trouble? You won't use the Fire Escape to get out? Sorry but the premise is so idiotic that I deleted it iimmediately it's too stupid even for a h-game.

Don't forget there's a guide/walktrough in the game folder, if you're ever stuck. The game isn't exactly clear with its solutions, it kind of reminds me of those old adventure games in which you just clicked on everything until something happened.
Good porn game, better than most for sure. My only real complaint is that she never gets fucked into submission.
