He's having problems getting the Alice sex bug to "work" and wanted to have more details. I told him I've not actually had the issue myself, said it was your temporary solution and asked him if the error reports would help. I've not had a reply yet so don't know if he wants links to the error reports or if he'll get in touch with you direct.... ("we are not worthy....")
