You only invite Mimi that first time. As far as proper invites (sending a text) you can only, regularly, invite Lily and Mayo/Iris.

I didn't notice - have they gone from the yearbook?
Nerd route isn't done (maybe next time) and I've only tested once but it looks like if you do that the event repeats at another time (pure speculation but the text gave that impression).

It was explained in the game. Mimi is now a full member to get you a discounted membership. She is only there on Monday and Wednesday when she wants to go...

No difference... you just don't get to see the sex scenes with him and the girls. I haven't tested the friend route yet but I'm assuming you don't get to go with Vanessa that way....
