Place contents of folder into Users/USERNAME/AppData/Roaming/RenPy/SoLv0.1.8
Move original saves folder into SoL/game
Gallery is found in-game by clicking on the box with a heart in it in the top right hand corner of the screen while the Secret/Patron Stashes are found in the MC's room by clicking on a tool box on the bottom shelf next to his bed.
All Achievements have been completed meaning that the Stashes are finally full.

After watching you get note hints. Maybe this is your problem.
I played 1.9.0 till the end
Missed 3 things:
2 events
1 special object
so it looks by me the same only that I have all cards.
Is the binocular event bugged in this version? I have clicked every window in the house on weekday mornings (i cant say for sure i tried every weekday tho) and nothing happens. I have them in my inventory, everywhere online says its guest room window but it does not do anything. Tried the 4 panes as well as the frame. Super frustrating
