yes, but one of those bugs made the game unplayable (v. 0.3.3a available here)
after 0.3.3a, the picture of live2D animation make this game too heavy and slow,

v0.3.3d Implemented the new character redesigns as per Patreons nonsense, as well as fixed several bugs, chief among them; the broken shop door leading to an infinite load screen.

The version in the OP currently is actually e, since d had a bug that kept the new Natalie model from loading in properly, a bug that is not present in the current version, 'least not that I've seen personally. Regardless, it is all bugfixes and new character models, yes.
