You seem to really love this game.
You need to start the quest "cure" Natalie. To do this, you need to talk to Fiora and read the note about Natalie in your inventory. I don't remember the exact procedure.
After some stage of this quest, the hero will be able to go to the city.
As far as I know only a few teases and gropes, almost everything avoidable.
So far there has been no ntr(sex) and no kiss(ntr)

just no one care to pay 10$ for 1 update with 3new scenes. for 10$ you can buy better games.
You only understand him because you also want to play the new version. It might come as a surprise to you then when I tell you that all of us want to play the new version without funding the lazy creator, the same way you two want. However there is a big difference between spaming forums for the new version every other day and patiently waiting for someone to leak the new version so that we can be busy for the next 15 minutes of new content.
Now, I'm not saying that you're spaming the forums, but Auxguitar IS/WAS to the point that he became a meme on this forum (at least to me).
So as I said, if it gets released it will be released, if not, then don't spam the forum like our friend and also understand the people who won't spend 10$ of their own money for 15 minutes of new content, OR just don't want to share it with people who don't want to spend.
