No save, no skip. All scenes(that I saw) were told from another persons point of view with the exception of feeling up someones breasts in a bra. Nothing happened to me on day 5, but that could be a bug or maybe because my reputation/wellness was great, not sure if that changes anything.
What I did get to see: Femteacher on girl, some masturbation, Man on wife.

It's a good start for the 1st version, hope he keeps the updates coming. I liked the game's aspect and it will have lots of factor weighing in the future, so I think it'll be fun!

1 major point that will annoy is regarding the resolution of the game.. The dev should work with a set of fixed resolution for the majority of the used resolutions. My screen being an exception, 35 inch with a wide screen when I play the game on full screen, the game goes on zoomed in mode which leaves major/some part of the image not available for viewing. The same thing happened to me with "The twist".

Can't play the game the game does not run i don't know why. When I double click on ss.exe loading sign of mouse pops up for a second and then nothing happens please someone help

The story is hastier than DS's, and the time progression is a little hostile, but the engine works better here. I didn't explore the wrong branches, but they seem more important in this game than in DS because of the time limits.

Good overall, but there's more work to be done than the author will have time for. Hopefully the sagas will keep coming for years, constantly improving.
