I got around the black screen but the gameplay is too laggy dgvoodo didn't help. I'm broke so i can't buy loseless scale.

This is not a false positive — Malwarebytes confirmed it too.
Delete the file immediately and run a full scan.

But these are not data from the original game or the HongFire patch...
I see you downloaded the game from the first post...
If you go a few posts above you will find clean packages with nothing abnormal, I found the clean installable version and the two extras, even further above a pre-installed package was made more convenient if you don't want to commit too much to play it.

However, the antivirus is reacting to a modding tool or similar.
You are only interested in;

• The ISO (Образ игры [Main Game]), from what I see it has not been modified to work on non-Japanese systems.
• The patch (Вспомогательные/School Mate 2 HF Patch.exe), It has everything you need to have the game updated
• The Registry Fixer (Вспомогательные/Утилиты [Utils]/RegistryFixer), if necessary

Everything else is useless.
