To be fair the swastikas are not original to germany. Ironically the symbol was meant for peace or something along the lines of it.

Also not vary original now. There are a lot more SCP's out there for everyone's flavor. There's the tiger or 239 yes the original is a child but that's something that can be changed...honestly she might make things to easy since she could pretty much do whatever she wanted.
make you an inch tall and east you? Yep she can do it.
Give you a dick so big your heart physically can keep it up? Sure she could even not need blood to stay hard.
Simply put if she can see you she can make you whatever her heart desires.

There are others but you think I can remember 1000 SCPs off the top of my head?
