Definitley scragboy, did some digging and found a better quality version on R34. Seems to be a super recent animation, like a day or two old so something even better may surface than this. But for now, and credit to the original poster.:

It turns out someone bootlegged it off a 3d size artists discord that’s what scrag said at least when I asked on him twitter
No scrag did make it he’s saying someone took it from a server he’s in and leaked it
