They mean Documents folder, everyone has a Documents folder. Documents/SeasideMystery
Also if you use OneDrive as your default Documents folder, don't forget to check there as well if you can't find it in your user's Document folder.
It's either C:\Users\[username]\Documents\SeasideMystery OR in your onedrive
search for "SMsavegame0.dat" to find exactly

Since you seemingly have access to Patreon downloads, do you have the Windows 0.18.1 link as well?
