Looks like nobody has a clear answer.

I haven't played SM but I like to follow KST ~once/year because I loved The Twist. From what I've read in here SM seems setup to support incest (boy something something so he lives in a home with hot women who could be his mom/sis except they're not because something something). However, for some reason it seems KST chose to leave incest out of this one; possibly too much stress from all the Fantasy Police that protects the population against the wrongthinking that could be brought by wrongart.

If KST ever reads this:

Please don't add an insulting incest patch that just renames relations. This fetish is about the taboo, the shame, the fucked up psychology coupled with crazy intense physical attraction. If you don't have any of that deeply baked in - and it's basically impossible to add it this late in the lifecycle, as it would mean too many changes - renaming relations to fish for some incest pervs will produce a worse result than slapping one frame of English subtitles as below to every porn video and selling the result as incest porn (For extra realism choose videos in a foreign language. Now who knows what they say, you can add your own incest story via subtitles!).

Hell, instead of adding that shitty incest patch, let me add one right now:

2. From now on consider:
2.a. The MILF in his home to be his mother.
2.b. The young woman in his home to be his sister.
There you go. I added an incest patch that's 95% as good as just renaming relations later.

Seriously. Don't do it. It's a cheap move.

Enter all the codes, and I finished the last quest... even though it starts to play with a savegame that I downloaded from here already advanced,
