If you have an nvidia card, have you tried with the properties related to the dlss, in the 3d settings related to image scaling?

Haven't tried it yet, not sure about fiddling with because I am noticing that the game changes settings rather easily.
I recommend to everyone to use the game panel (START+G) and enable the overlay that shows GPU usage, I could go into settings and the game might switch into 4K, my GPU might go well over into 98% of usage, not to mention the spikes based on where you are.
This guy should really hire someone that can optimize the maps, I gotta play it in 30 fps, meanwhile I could play Death Stranding in 4K maxed out without the GPU reaching the 80 C° as it does here when trying to play in Full HD, 30 fps.
