Is there anyway to make the text of the save screen bigger?

When we load the game from the main menu we get a standard readable text, but every time when we are saving mid game the save screen it's just so small.

Any possible way to dress characters nude? Some constellations do provoke that. But in some other i can't get it. Is there a way to get the ourgreyed "nude" button?
