I think a found something to avoid the beach bug. Go to kitchen when Brenda is there, press all buttons and actions with her then go to beach.

Doesn't really look like it. However, it's hard to tell because it's hanging up between room changes for me. What it is, or at least as far as I can tell is the framework for the game he intends to build. Which is fairly complete. From what I could see by messing with saves posted here there is very little content at this point. But I could be wrong as I haven't been able to go through it on my own.

The game is still in beta so if you are not a fan of creator or something and are only here for sex scenes then its not worth it. Wait a couple of months or 1-2years
