I had problems too, I found the answer here, I think you have to be close to the boxes and then pick one, if you are close to the seller it gets bugged or viceversa

appreciate the reply but i should have clarified abit more. i cant even get into the shop. it just sits loading. iv tried reloading the game, going back during the day, even changed all my settings to be more performance rather than quality. i just get the same thing... black screen
